Signalements "Engagés Au Quotidien" extraits de la base OSIS, par IRIS

Chaque signalement a été repositionné au centre de l'IRIS sur lequel il était localisé.

L'IRIS (Ilots Regroupés pour l'Information Statistique) » constitue la brique de base en matière de diffusion de données infra-communales. Initialement il devait avoir une taille d'environ 2000 habitants. Les communes d'au moins 10 000 habitants et une forte proportion des communes de 5 000 à 10 000 habitants sont découpées en IRIS. Ce découpage constitue une partition de leur territoire. Par extension, afin de couvrir l'ensemble du territoire, on assimile à un IRIS chacune des communes non découpées en IRIS.

Signalements saisis par les usagers sur les applications web ou mobile EAQ/MDMP/MPM et signalements saisis par des opérateurs, qui retranscrivent les appels téléphoniques des usagers.

Signalement exclus :

- signalements "métiers" qui correspondent à des échanges d'informations entre métiers, faisant suite aux signalements des usagers

- signalements des familles 'GEOLOCALISATION,'_INACTIF', 'OUTILS', '_TEST_DPSI', 'BATIMENT', 'ETUDE', 'POSTES FIXES', 'QUESTION'

- signalements de la sous-famille "DECHETERIES CONNECTES"

- signalements géolocalisés en dehors de la métropole

- signalements des familles, sous-familles et types désactivés

- signalements de type plainte sur comportement agent
